Testimonial from Peter A. Jablow: The Former President and Ceo of Levine Music

I have known Bob Sykes for more than two decades now and have had the pleasure of watching him manage the jazz department at Levine Music, orchestrate Levine Entertains, masterfully teach students of all ages and skills, and perform throughout the metropolitan area in a variety of settings.

Bob is a superb teacher, excellent manager and as good a musician and jazz pianist as you will find.  Recently, I had the pleasure of Bob’s performing at a party at my home as part of a trio (piano, bass and drums), and the quality of the background jazz provided was fabulous and then, led by Bob, the trio switched genres seamlessly to performance mode and beautifully accompanied a fine singer belting out Broadway tunes.

Bob is smart, direct, flexible, thoughtful and supremely skilled, and you simply won’t find a better guy to work with or hire a more talented musician to perform at an event.  I can’t endorse anyone more enthusiastically!
